This is the 3rd Gardena I have tried to grow. My first 2 were smaller but each one’s leaves turned yellow then died. This one is also in a large pot with drain hole and other than the leaves turning yellow it looks healthy. I hate to lose another one. Any suggestions
Caroline, Thank you for your response. Dropping of leaves could be due to over or under watering. Most likely under watering. Your plant also needs afternoon shade if possible. Hope this helps. Howard
I have a hibiscus with reddish blooms . The first year we moved here the plant was very tall . I pruned it way down and it came out very bushy with many blooms . In the past 2 yrs it is not as bushy and only has about 2 blooms at a time . Should I prune it now ? Should I be fertilizing it and if so with what and how often ?
Thanks!
